By focusing on these elements, running becomes a meditative practice that calms the mind.

Mindful Running Session:
Engage in a slow, mindful run led by personal trainer Jessica Landin, making your run more enjoyable and beneficial. (The total distance is maximum 5 km.)
Guided Meditation & Breathwork:
Connect with your breath, body and nature with a guided meditation by Sofie Kraft.
Luxurious brunch:
After our run we gather up at Villa Källhagen's new orangery. Enjoy healthy food options while connecting with fellow participants.
