Mindful running, combines the physical benefits of exercise with the mental clarity of meditation, offering a holistic approach to wellness. Mindful running is about more than just putting one foot in front of the other. It's an invitation to fully engage with the present moment, to become aware of your body, breath, and surroundings. By focusing on these elements, running becomes a meditative practice that calms the mind.

ON Running Shoes Trial:Kick off your morning by trying out ON Running shoes, provided by ON. These shoes are known for their superior comfort and performance, perfect for a mindful running experience.
Mindful Running Session:
At 08:00 Engage in a slow, mindful run led by running coach Victor Smångs, making your run more enjoyable and beneficial. We will learn the tips and tricks how to run more sustainable. (The total distance is maximum 6 km.)
Guided Meditation:
Connect with your breath body and nature with a guided meditation by Sofie Kraft.
Healthy Breakfast and Pool Dip:
After our run we gather up at Downtown Camper (The Nest) Rooftop. Enjoy healthy food options while connecting with fellow participants. Finish with a refreshing dip in the rooftop pool.
