Welcome to a rejuvenating Sound Healing Meditation session, a soulful journey towards inner peace and deep relaxation.
We will immerse ourselves in the gentle vibrations of various sound instruments, including crystal bowls, chimes, shakers and more. Guided by our experienced sound journey facilitator Sofie Kraft, we will embark on a meditative exploration aimed at harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit.
The session will begin with some grounding exercises to center ourselves and release any tension or stress accumulated throughout the day. As we transition into the meditation, the soothing sounds will guide us into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness. Each tone and vibration will work its magic, melting away layers of resistance and inviting profound healing on all levels.
No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary to participate. Simply come with an open heart and a willingness to surrender to the healing energies of sound.
We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and prepare for the meditation journey ahead.
