Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do/ who you are?
I am a modern yogi who loves meditation, good laughs, people and food - and currently work on living my life to its fullest. I am a M.Sc. business graduate who works as a yoga teacher, entrepreneur, blogger, podcast host and brand strategist. As you may guess, my days are full of contrasts, and I advocate that you don't have to choose a label or a niche in life. It's ok - and actually rather awesome - to be multi-faceted. As a consequence, my yoga classes balance between energizing flow and grounding presence.

What does yoga mean to you?
Many people think yogis are calm and harmonious, which I believe is not true. I'm actually more on the other side of the scale, and that's why I need my yoga. It helps me slow down and re-energize. But it also makes me more humble and loving - both towards myself and other people. Yoga really is a one-stop-shop for good vibes!
Do you have a favorite studio/ retreat you want to share with us?
I'm using Bruce App so I can alternate between different studios and choose my favorite classes and teachers in Stockholm. I also like practising at home with Alo Moves.
Pls share your best tip on how to stay grounded on and off the yogamat.
My motto right now is GOOD ENOUGH. Turn down the high ambitions and drive for perfection. Make it a decision to roll out and step on the mat. Everything else is just a bonus. The same goes for other aspects of life. What is good enough for you?
