Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do/ who you are?

A yoga teacher who loves food. Eating, cooking and serving other people colorful, full of flavors and healthy food. For me yoga and healthy food are the perfect match. Both give me a "feel good" feeling and I love to share that with others. I arrange cooking classes, organize yoga retreats and yoga events where food plays a big part, my aim is that my participants shall remember the food part as much as the yoga.

What does yoga mean to you?


Balance. I always strive to deliver on top, preferably above expectations. I find it hard to say no. This makes my life hectic and stressful so landing on my yoga mat gives me a pause, a place to ground. Yoga reminds me what is important and helps me to find focus.

Do you have a favorite studio/ retreat you want to share with us?

Pls share your best tip on how to stay grounded on and off the mat.


Take deep breaths. This is a tool that we always brings with us, it is easy to access, for free and gives a direct de-stressed feeling. When I feel the stress taking over, I slow down checking the breath and begin to breath down in  my stomach. My shoulders automatically relax and I begin to think more clear.
