Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do/ who you are?
Hi! I'm a mother of 2 and work with social media. I live a hectic city life, which sometimes gets to me, and because of that, and a need for my own free space, I got into yoga. Today yoga is a big part of my life, and I live it, and also teach it sometimes. But mostly I focus on my own personal practice. It’s what I find most important, and it also makes me strong, happy and a little more centered. I really love my practice and everything that learning more about me, teaches me about others.
What does yoga mean to you?
Everything. I really feel that yoga for me is a key part of my life. But it didn’t start that way, it’s also a good exercise - if you practice Ashtanga like me, a time for relaxation and also good for a sore body.
Do you have a favorite studio/ retreat you want to share with us?
I love my small Ashtanga studio in Vasastan, and I will spend part of my summer at Sofia Soori’s beautiful shala on Blidö!
Pls share your best tip on how to stay grounded on and off the yogamat.
